Mr. James Ferguson Paton
Mr. Paton, based in Malta, serves as the CEO of Infinity Investment Management. Jamie has 41 years of investment experience across the UK and Asia across deal origination and structuring, due diligence, deal execution and monitoring, and business development. Mr. Paton has a wide corporate and financial network across Asia and Europe. He advises companies in sectors including energy, infrastructure, and consumer. He previously worked at First Reserve from 2011, when he opened the Hong Kong office, until 2018. Prior to joining First Reserve, he was a Consultant at AEA Investors (Asia) and was previously the Managing Director and Head of India for Candover Asia, where he was responsible for establishing Candover’s operations in Asia and managing investment and business development activities in the region. Prior to Candover, he was the Managing Director and Head of North Asia in 3i’s Global Growth Capital business, where he was responsible for 3i’s presence in North Asia and where he co-led 3i’s Asia program. Mr. Paton holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Accounting both from Heriott-Watt University, Scotland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Mr. Mohinder Dyall
Shakeel has more than 29 years of professional experience in sectors including information technology, travel, and hospitality. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and a Board Member of Thomas Cook Mauritius, a fully owned subsidiary of Thomas Cook India. At Thomas Cook, Shakeel is responsible for the implementation of all strategic decisions taken at the Board and oversees the day-to-day management of Thomas Cook Mauritius. Prior to Thomas Cook, Shakeel held executive-level positions at Mauritian companies including Flemingo Duty Free, Mauritius Duty Free Paradise, and Infokeens. Shakeel is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds an M.Sc. in E-Business from the University of Mauritius. He is also a member of professional organizations including Association pour le Progrès du Management and the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
Mr. Massimo Quattrocchi
Massi is a Director of Euro Asian Advisory Investments SRL, Belgium through which he collaborates with a consortium of international investors to establish a comprehensive advisory and investment business focused on the Europe, South Asia, and MENA regions, with a pan-European perspective. Massi brings over 31 years of experience in finance, investments, and fundraising. He was not only one of the early investors in the Hindustan Foods club deal but also an existing investor in Infinity Holdings. Massi has been helping IIM with fundraising since its inception.
